The Food Service Manager is responsible for the daily operation of the food and beverage area where food is prepared and served. It is the responsibilities of the FSM to ensure that the staff executes, prepares food in clean environment, serving in a fast, fresh and friendly manner. It is also his/her duty to make certain that customers are satisfied with their experience, while managing this part of the business to ensure that it is profitable.
